Refunds & Returns

Please handle jewelry with care.

Since all items are custom made we do not accept returns or refunds.

If an unlikely event occurs and your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact Modern Mama within two business days. Your jewelry will be replaced and we will pay for shipping both ways.

Modern Mama will repair your jewelry within 3 months of the purchase date.
