Thank you for supporting our small business! All orders are custom-made with care, and our typical processing time is up to 28 business days from the date your order is placed. This allows us to ensure the highest quality for your custom product. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery times vary depending on your address and the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or delays from the carrier.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping! Please note that international orders may take longer to process and deliver, and shipping times can vary based on your location. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take great care in packaging your items, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you experience an issue with your order during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please reach out to us within 1 business day of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
